Doug & Erica Pyle come to Tampa via New York, NY where they served for many years in church leadership at C3 Church Manhattan. They met and were married in the church and in 2011 moved to Tampa to be closer to family. It was then that God put on their heart to start a church that brings a powerful expression of the Holy Spirt to Tampa. They started the church in their living room with four adults and four children and it continued to grow ever since! They now pastor a vibrant and growing church that meets each Sunday at their new location in the heart of West Tampa.
In addition to pastoring the church, Doug and Erica both are actively engaged in the business world. Doug is the founder and President of an IT consulting firm and Erica was formerly the senior tax director of global accounting for a Fortune 500 company. She is also the founder of Beacon Essentials where she offers group coaching and education in the areas of money, health and life choices. They both believe that God wants his people actively engaged in the marketplace and bringing His influence to all aspects of life, not just church!
Doug grew up in San Diego, California while Erica called Tampa her home for many years, growing up on Davis Islands and attending Plant High School. The couple have three boys, Jacob, Nate & Drew.
